Meatballs with a warm and spicy sauce are really delicious to eat during cold weather. Generally, these meatballs are made from beef which is processed and served with various other toppings.

Sometimes meatballs are served as a snack, but it is not uncommon for people to eat it as a main meal. This also makes meatballs one of the foods that are delicious and can be served in many ways.

We level up the taste of meatballs by using fish meatballs and spicy Japanese curry roux. The following are the ingredients and cooking steps you need if you want to make Spicy Fish Meatballs Curry.

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of spicy House Kari ala Jepang curry roux
  • 12 fish meatballs
  • ½ onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 chillies
  • 150 ml of water

Cooking steps:

  • Boil fish balls and set aside.
  • Dice the garlic, onions and chilies.
  • Saute garlic, onion and chili until fragrant.
  • Add water, wait until boiling.
  • Turn off the heat. Add 1 block of House Kari ala Jepang spicy curry roux and stir until thickened.
  • Enter the fish meatballs, stir until mixed well and check to correct the taste
